EMRS Sukma, established in 2017, has emerged as one of the best schools in the Bastar division and ranks among the top Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) in Chhattisgarh, out of the 74 EMRS institutions in the state. Our school stands as a beacon of excellence, fostering holistic development and academic brilliance among our students.
The year 2024 marks a new chapter in our journey, as we welcome a dynamic and dedicated young team of educators, recruited by NESTS (National Education Society for Tribal Students). Their enthusiasm, innovation, and commitment to education are already making a significant impact on our students. I am delighted to witness a peaceful and sincere learning environment, where our students display a keen eagerness to grow, explore, and excel in various fields.

Alongside academic excellence, we emphasise sports development, recognising its importance in shaping discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities among students.The vision behind EMRS, championed by NESTS, is truly commendable. These institutions have been established to uplift and empower Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, providing them with high-quality education, equal opportunities, and a platform to build a brighter future.
